Spiller (also listed as “Spiller!”) is a one-tap mobile game for iOS and Android. This policy explains what data the game uses, why, and what choices you have.

Best score, coin balance, owned items and the selected one, sound and vibration settings, daily bonus date, achievements progress and tutorial progress are saved locally. I do not receive this data. Deleting the app deletes it. During testing versions, game logs (score, duration, per-layer results) may also be written to files on your device; they are not sent anywhere by the game.
| Service | Purpose | Data | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Firebase Crashlytics (Google) | Detect and fix crashes | Crash logs, device model, OS version, app version, a random installation identifier, recent in-game events | Always |
| Firebase Analytics (Google) | Understand how the game is played (for example number of games, scores, retention) to balance and improve it | Events such as game start and end, score, purchases of in-game items; random app instance identifier; device, OS and approximate location derived from IP address | Only if you consent |
| Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform | Show banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads; record your consent choice | IP address, device and OS information, advertising identifier (if allowed), ad interactions; your consent choice. Personalised ads only with your consent, otherwise non-personalised ads | Ads are shown unless you removed them with the “Remove ads” purchase; rewarded videos are always your choice |
| Apple App Store / Google Play | Process in-app purchases (coin packs, remove ads) | Handled entirely by Apple or Google; I never see your payment details, only that a purchase was completed | When you buy |
| Apple Game Center | Leaderboards and achievements (iOS) | Your Game Center player profile, scores and achievements, under Apple’s privacy policy | If you are signed in to Game Center |
Their own policies apply: Google, how Google uses data from apps that use its services, Apple. Google may act as an independent controller for ad-related data.
If Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt appears, you can refuse. The game works the same either way; ads are then non-personalised.
Crash and analytics data are kept by Google for the periods set in Firebase (at most 14 months for analytics events). Local data stays on your device until you delete the app.
Google and Apple may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Spiller is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact me and I will help have it removed.
If this policy changes, the date above is updated, and for significant changes the game will ask for your consent again where required.
